If you received the wrong order or if your order is permanently damaged during delivery, we can offer either a full refund or resend your order. If you choose to get refunded, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.
Please take note that we do not make refunds for shirts you might have bought in multiple quantities. We recommend you purchase the size that you normally buy.
Late or missing refund (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns & exchanges
We offer exchanges on all orders that have sizing issues so that our costumers can enjoy the perfect fit. These exchanges must be requested within 14 days of reception of the order and products must be in original conditions (can not be worn or washed).
We do not offer exchanges for different colors or pattern or if you have ordered the wrong size. We always ship the color and size that is selected when the order is placed. Please confirm that you have selected the correct size and color before submitting your order. Also make sure to read our product descriptions carefully and keep in mind that photos may slightly differ from actual product in terms of colors because of lighting while photo shoots.
Orders are fulfilled for shipment within 24 hours of being placed and cannot be changed after this time. Order changes and cancelations can only be accepted within 24 hours under the condition that the order has not been fulfilled.
Please do not send your exchange back to our distribution facility.
