How long does it take before I receive my package?
Our delivery delays depend on the country to which we are shipping. Shipping to the US and Canada is about 10 to 20 days. This estimate is calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.

Do you offer order tracking?
Yes we do offer order tracking. Once you purchase from us you will get an email with a tracking number. To track your order go in to Track Order and insert your tracking number, this will allow you to locate your order.
I received one of my products but haven’t received the other, is there something wrong?
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
Has COVID affected your shipping?
Yes, sadly, COVID has affected our shipping delays meaning sometimes, it happens that the 20 days delivery delay gets a little extended.
Return & exchange
What is your return policy?
We offer exchanges on all orders that have sizing issues so that our costumers can enjoy the perfect fit. These exchanges must be requested within 14 days of reception of the order and products must be in original conditions (can not be worn or washed).

What is your refund policy?
If you received the wrong order or if your order is permanently damaged during delivery, we can offer either a full refund or resend your order. If you choose to get refunded, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.
Please take note that we do not make refunds for shirts you might have bought in multiple quantities. We recommend you purchase the size that you normally buy.

I have issue with your website what can I do to fix it?
From our experience, we noticed that the most website issues we have seen were browser related. If you do have a problem, the first thing to do is to update to the latest version of your browser. (exp: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari)
